On Friday 24th October we will be leading two walks where we will be focussing on the birds all around us.
Nankeen Night Heron
The walks will start at 8am and 4pm at the Bonnie Vale carpark. We will start each walk with a 20 minute bird survey of the birds around the small lagoon area. In past years in these 20 minute surveys we have registered more than 25 species and 100 birds. Then we will walk towards the bridge to Maianbar and see what we come across.

Sacred Kingfisher
At time of writing the road to Bundeena from Audley is closed at Flat Rock Creek for bridge replacement. But this work is scheduled to be completed before 24th October.
Lathams Snipe
